南京林业大学生物与环境学院华南林业可持续发展协同创新中心暨国家林业和草原局亚热带森林生物多样性保护重点实验室，西北农林科技大学草地农学院近日在专业学术期刊The Plant Journal发表了学术研究成果：TECHNICAL ADVANCE: Investigating the dynamics of protein-protein interactions in plants，开发了几种方法来监测植物中蛋白质-蛋白质的相互作用。动态蛋白质复合物的检测是非常具有挑战性的，几乎没有可用于此目的的技术。他们开发了一个新的平台，检测植物中的蛋白质相互作用，通过双分子荧光互补（BiFC）、生物发光共振能量转移和共免疫沉淀分析证实了这些相互作用。通过Förster共振能量转移（FRET）和萤光素酶监测这些相互作用的动力学，同时通过BiFC FRET监测三元蛋白质复合物的结合。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech CLARIOstar Plus来进行蛋白相互作用的检测。BMG Labtech CLARIOstar Plus多功能酶标仪专利的LVF荧光光栅具备可与滤光片系统相媲美的检测灵敏度，并具有荧光光栅的灵活性，为蛋白相互作用研究提供灵活、高灵敏及稳定的探索研究平台。
