中国中医科学院中药研究所，沈阳药科大学中医药学院，中国中医药科学院国家药品监督管理局中药研究与评价重点实验室，江西中医药大学创新药物与高效节能制药装备国家重点实验室，中国科学院微生物研究所病原微生物学与免疫学重点实验室，近日联合专业学术期刊Pharmaceuticals发表了学术研究成果：Natural Product-Based Screening for Lead Compounds Targeting SARS CoV-2 Mpro，关注了中药在控制流行病中的作用,希望通过筛选找到一些有前景的分子。研究人员从具有已知生物活性的植物、动物和微生物中选择了2526种天然产物的进行药物筛选，使用传统的FRET方法进行初步筛选，最后筛选出七个化合物对严重急性SARS CoV-2 Mpro具有潜在抑制作用的化合物。在进行高通量筛选化合物的过程中，研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech CLARIOstar plus多功能酶标仪来进行天然产物对Mpro的抑制作用。BMG Labtech CLARIOstar plus多功能酶标仪配备专利的LVF荧光光栅，能自由选择荧光检测所需的激发和发射波长以及相应带宽，可直接使用LVF荧光光栅进行FRET实验，同时还具有媲美于滤光片检测灵敏度，是高通量化合物筛选的稳定而有力的筛选平台。
