中山大学药学院，山东省国际制药工程实验室，鲁南药业集团有限公司，天津亿诺生物医药有限公司近日联合专业学术期刊Journal of Functional Foods发表了学术研究成果：Syzygium aromaticum enhances innate immunity by triggering macrophage M1 polarization and alleviates Helicobacter pylori-induced inflammation，研究丁香干芽对先天免疫和幽门螺杆菌感染相关炎症具有的潜在影响，阐明其具体作用，尤其是分子机制。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech CLARIOstar plus多功能酶标仪对细胞活力、吞噬速率、NO含量以及细胞因子水平进行了分析。结果表明，丁香干芽水提取物增加了吞噬速率和细胞因子表达水平，同时激活了TLR4/MyD88介导的NF-κB和MAPK通路，降低了Nrf2/HO-1信号传导，还阻止了幽门螺杆菌感染的RAW 264.7和GE产生的促炎物质的释放。BMG Labtech CLARIOstar plus多功能酶标仪配备全波长超快速光吸收静息光栅和专利的LVF荧光光栅，能自由选择光吸收检测波长和荧光检测所需的激发和发射波长以及相应带宽，同时还具有媲美于滤光片检测灵敏度，非常适合开展多种实验项目研究。
