前言

秀丽隐杆线虫已被证明是研究许多人类疾病的分子和细胞方面的有用模式生物。最近，研究人员探索了利用这种有机体作为药物发现的工具。虽然早期的药物筛选是劳动密集型和低通量的，但最近在高通量液体工作流程，成像平台和数据分析软件方面的最-新进展使得秀丽隐杆线虫成为自动化高通量药物筛选的可行选择。从这个意义上说，WMicrotracker系统已经成为蠕虫研究人员非常有用的工具，可以进行快速筛选和自动生物输出读出。

驱虫药研究

驱虫药是用来描述一种用于治疗动物感染寄生虫的药物。这既包括扁平蠕虫，例如吸虫（吸虫）和绦虫（绦虫），也包括圆虫（线虫）。寄生虫对人类热带医学和兽医学具有极其重要的意义。
