华中科技大学同济医学院同济医院联合在专业学术期刊Renal Failure发表了题为TAK-242 improves sepsis-associated acute kidney injury in rats by inhibiting the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway的文章，研究发现TAK-242可以通过抑制TLR4/NF-κB信号通路的活性来改善氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍和炎症反应，从而预防脓毒症相关急性肾损伤。
科研工作者借助BMG的PHERAstar FSX高通量读板机检测肾损伤水平，氧化应激水平，炎症因子水平以及线粒体损伤。BMG的PHERAstar FSX高通量读板机专为高通量药物筛选设计，拥有3个光源，4个两两成对的PMT检测器，可以同时检测双波长发射，非常适合药物筛选常用的BRET,FRET,HTRF,FP检测技术，拥有非常稳定的数据检测结果和超快的检测速度，为高通量筛选提供强大且稳定的筛选平台。
